Branscome Companies

Branscome’s Hampton facility hosted the City of Hampton’s “Waste Watchers” for their spring bus tour. Branscome’s representative, Group Safety Manager - Jay Lipscomb, shared with participants facts about the company and its recycling efforts. One topic of discussion was the importance of RAP in the manufacturing of new asphalt.

The group also learned of the significance of Reprocessed Oil in the fueling of Branscome’s asphalt plants. Mr. Lipscomb also discussed with the group the value of recycling waste concrete. The tour concluded with a Q&A session and a group photo. Branscome Companies now have 25 more citizens with a better understanding of our operations. We look forward to greeting more of our fellow citizens on their fall tour.
