Branscome’s Richmond Division is in the process of constructing a new office building. Although working from office locations on various sides of Richmond since January of 2006, the division has managed to perform well.

Because the new office building is replacing an existing office, personnel in Rockville were required to move into temporary quarters. Coordination among many departments enabled this transition to occur smoothly, with no disruption in business.

The new office is a two-story 11,600 square foot building, constructed by KJellstrom & Lee Construction of Richmond. Construction began in Feruary and is scheduled for completion in mid-August. The new office will give the division a fresh start with all the administrative offices at one location and will greatly improve communication between departments.
