Hull Street Widening

This project involves widening Hull Street Road (Route 360) to three lanes in each direction between Winterpock Road and Spring Run Road and widening Hull Street Road to four lanes in each direction from Spring Run Road to Swift Creek. In addition to the new lanes, the project also includes sidewalks, sewer line work and landscaping.

RMA Project

The RMA Project is a large grading and paving project for the construction of new express lane toll facilities along Powhite Parkway for the Richmond Metropolitan Authority. The Project started in August of 2006 and has a completion date of September 26, 2008.

Commerce Road Improvements

The Commerce Road Project is located in Richmond, Virginia just off interstate 95 contracted through the City of Richmond. The project is approximately 1 mile in length and includes major road improvements and turn lanes into local businesses.

Route 360 Road Widening

Route 360 Road Widening and Overlay Project is another two phase project contracted through Chesterfield County. The Project is to be built according to VDOT and FHWA specifications. The Route 360 project is a "time is of the essence" job with strict and costly penalties for not completing within the owners timeline.
