Kingsridge Subdivision Section 1 is located in eastern Henrico County, VA. Beginning in April 2006 Branscome Richmond began to construct the site and infrastructure for the first of three phases of this townhome community. Developed by Kingsridge 200 LLC, a partnership between two successful local real estate developers, this community will be marketed by Ryan Homes. Phase 2 and Phase 3 are already in the design and development phase and will present another challenge due to the wet soil conditions existing on this site. Branscome Richmond will complete a total site development package for this Phase 1 of this project in September 2007 while meeting significant weather and site related challenges. |
