Hanover Elementary School Offsite Road Improvements is a two phase project located in Hanover County, VA. In April 2006 Branscome began by constructing Phase I, constructing turn lanes and general road widening and improvements to US Highway 301 and Whippoorwill Road in Hanover County. Contracted by the Hanover County School Board, this project provided much needed road improvements leading to a new elementary school. Branscome Richmond constructed new drainage and outfall structures along with general road subgrade and subbase improvements to both roads. Phase I of this project was completed on time and Phase II has achieved substantial completion with final asphalt surface to be completed in April 2007. |
