What is a Design/Build?

Design/Build is a fast-track method to produce the project at the highest possible value to the customer. The design and construction aspects are contracted to a single entity, which is a team consisting of the general contractor and the design professional. This system overlaps the design and construction phases to compress the project time table. More importantly, the Design/Build process allows Branscome to incorporate its experience with the designing engineer to deliver the best possible value to the customer.
